“We were delighted to welcome Babna’s Patisserie to our school, where she hosted a fantastic bake-along session for a class of 30 Year 11 students. The focus of the session was a delicious honey cake and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Babna was extremely professional and well-prepared, providing students with clear, step-by-step recipe and method instructions, both as printed handouts and displayed on the wide screen for easy following. Her warm personality and great sense of humour helped students feel at ease, while her attention to safety ensured that all students remained safe throughout the session.
